Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Partner / Co-Founder role based in Mumbai. The role involves jointly shaping brand strategy, defining growth plans, and driving expansion across retail, Horeca, and modern trade channels. The partner will oversee daily operations, including supply chain coordination, vendor management, quality checks, and inventory planning to ensure consistent product availability.

Responsibilities also include building strategic partnerships, managing key customer relationships, and representing the brand at industry events and discussions with investors. The role requires close collaboration on marketing campaigns, product innovation, financial planning, and team building to scale Quick Pure as a high-performing,



sustainable beverage business.

Qualifications Strong background in business development, sales, or FMCG/beverage industry operations, with experience in scaling consumer brands or early-stage ventures.

Skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and go-to-market execution, including channel expansion and partnership development.

Operational and entrepreneurial skills, such as supply chain coordination, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and basic financial management.

Marketing and brand-building capabilities, including customer insights, brand positioning, and collaboration on digital and offline campaigns.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced start-up setting.

Demonstrated interest in health, wellness, or food & beverage sectors; prior experience in beverage or FMCG brands is highly advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Food Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Willingness to be fully committed as a co-founder, including shared responsibility for decision-making, risk, and long-term business growth.
