Own daytoday business operations across payments, reconciliation, settlements, vaulting, and customer journeys. Act as the bridge across shared Ops/Finance/CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize daily reconciliation processes.
- Set up SOPs, incident management, escalation and rollback playbooks.
- Coordinate closely with shared Ops, CX, Finance, Engineering vendor.
- Run operational readiness for launch: test cases, mock drills, T+1 reporting.
- Maintain SLAs for payments, refunds, redemptions and partner operations.
- Run crossfunctional weekly ops reviews and dashboards.
Requirements
- 58 years in business ops for fintech/payments/wealth products.
- Solid understanding of settlements, reconciliations, audits or gold ops is a plus.
- Experience writing SOPs and incident/rollback frameworks.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
