Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities across India.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors from colleges across the country.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide guidance to Campus Ambassadors to help them achieve their goals.
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, competitions, bootcamps, and other student engagement activities.
- Plan and execute campus marketing initiatives to increase awareness and participation in Corizo's programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality student leads and support program registrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and student initiatives.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute towards achieving monthly business targets.
