Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Operation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, risk assessment, customer relationship management, operations management, and performance metrics analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and analyzing MIS reports, monitoring operational costs, managing cost tracking and billing processes, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, overseeing invoicing activities, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Generate, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Monitor operational costs and perform cost analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Manage cost tracking and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and effective communication.
- Oversee invoicing activities, ensuring accurate preparation and timely submission of invoices.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions and reporting tools.




- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management for improving operational efficiency and business performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements during operational and process changes.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business operational data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.

Plus Skills

- Certification in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
