Business Manager — Personal Brand / Creator Business (India)

Our client is a rapid-growing personal brand in the business, AI, and finance space, with 250K followers on Instagram and a track record of previously scaling a YouTube channel to 1M subscribers. The founder is a full-time entrepreneur building this creator brand alongside an existing venture, and is now launching multiple revenue lines - online course, brand partnerships & other products

We're looking for a Business Manager to take true ownership of the business side of a fast-scaling personal brand — deals, revenue, operations, while the founder stays focused on content and vision.

What you'll own

- Revenue operations for the course and advisory calls: enrollment, booking, payments, learner/client experience




- Brand partnership deals end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, contracts, close
- General business operations: vendor and agency management, invoicing, reporting
- Coordination with the content team around launches and promotions

What we need:

- 4 years in business operations, partnerships, or general management
- A track record of closing deals independently, not just coordinating them
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and limited oversight
- Background in creator/talent, ed-tech or agency are preferred but not mandatory
