Role Description The Business Lead Associate (US Based) is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the growth and coordination of Traders Dan’s client-facing and internal business activities. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, managing inbound and outbound leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking tools.

The associate will collaborate with consultants and analysts to prepare client proposals, presentations, and basic financial or business summaries based on internal research.



Daily tasks include scheduling and following up on client meetings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely communication and updates to stakeholders. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, gathering client feedback, and supporting reporting on key performance metrics related to business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and client relationship skills, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret financial or business information and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and online collaboration software.
- Explicit, professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, time management, and accountability.
- Familiarity with finance, investing, or equity research concepts is highly beneficial
