What You’ll Own● Lead the Business Finance and FP&A; charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.● Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making.● Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.● Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.● Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments.● Build robust MIS, dashboards,



and scalable financial processes.● Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP&A; team.

What We’re Looking For● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.● Robust Business Finance and FP&A; experience, preferably in D2 C, FMCG, or consumer businesses.● Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.● Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.● Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.● Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
