Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, and promote the academy’s programs to prospective clients and institutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating agreements, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with the academic and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand, gathering feedback from partners, and contributing to growth strategies.

Executive will also prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and participate in local networking events to enhance the academy’s visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain program value and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing and networking abilities, such as collaborating on promotional activities and representing the academy at events.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, reporting, and use of CRM or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in education or training services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
