Job Purpose
· To ensure that tele sales activities are directed to meeting sales targets.
· To achieve monthly KPIs assigned
· To maintain service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns.
· To manage relationships of assigned portfolio through outbound channels along with Personal Loan Sales and Fulfillment.
· Generating revenue through Personal Banking Personal Loan Sales.
· Ensuring end to end customer service, ensuring quality growth in earnings through focused penetration of target segments with optimal risk propositions.
