: WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY PRODUCTS: PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS, HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS, COSMETIC PRODUCTS, ORGANIC PRODUCTS Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales) Salary : Up to 420000 Lpa No. of positions : 1 : 1. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve network performance. 2. analyzing training needs.
- Generate sales in recent markets and establish new channels.
- Converting urban market leads into sales & increasing count of distributors in network.
- Solving grievances of the network, Managing Processes. Candidate should be comfortable for 10 - 15 days travelling.
Languages: English (compulsory) , Hindi, Gujarati.
Competency Requirement: Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills & Ability to Work under stress.
