Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and institutional clients, and promoting the company’s waterproofing services.

The officer will conduct market research, analyze trends, prepare proposals,



and collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospects, presenting solutions, managing lead pipelines, following up on inquiries, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also requires maintaining strong customer service standards, gathering client feedback, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
