- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, CASA sales, and other retail banking products.

- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product offerings and improve sales performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives, resolve issues, and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in retail banking or a related field.

- Robust understanding of current account management principles and practices.

- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
