Titan Global Transport is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence in the New Zealand transport and logistics industry.
If you have experience in New Zealand container transport, freight forwarding, or logistics sales , we'd love to hear from you.
? Position
Business Development Manager (Remote)
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities across Auckland and other NZ regions.
- Build relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, importers, exporters, and logistics companies.
- Convert leads into long-term transport clients.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements ✅ Experience in the Recent Zealand transport/logistics industry
✅ Strong network of Auckland-based transport clients (preferred)
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
✅ Own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection
✅ Able to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation
? First 3 months: Commission Only
You'll earn a generous commission based on the profit generated from the customers you bring in.
For high performers, this role will transition into a full-time position with a fixed salary + performance incentives .
