We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive (RPO)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and selling recruitment solutions to domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for RPO services.
- Research and approach prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present the company's recruitment solutions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized RPO solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and recruitment lifecycle.
- Solid lead generation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in RPO, Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Solutions.
