We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and close high-value real estate deals across key metro cities.

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai / Surat / Delhi / Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the real estate market
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and research
- Build and manage relationships with clients and channel partners
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategies
- Represent the company at meetings and industry events

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of Real Estate Sales experience (Mandatory)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales cycle
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel locally
