Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating current business opportunities, building relationships with clients and developers,



and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Responsibilities include strategizing to achieve revenue targets, conducting market research and analysis, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales, Negotiation, and Client Management skills

Market Research, Business Strategy, and Analytical Thinking skills

Communication, Relationship-Building, and Interpersonal skills

Organizational and Time Management skills

Experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
