Role Description The Business Development Manager – MSME, Supply Chain Finance (Fintech, B2B) will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth in the MSME and supply chain finance segment. This full-time, in office role is based in Ahmedabad and focuses on identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline end-to-end.

Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, pitching fintech supply chain finance solutions to B2B clients, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and support product and process improvements. Regular reporting on sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and participating in client meetings, events, and industry forums are integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management,



and client relationship building in MSME or supply chain finance domains.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of fintech products, NBFC or financial services operations, and an understanding of supply chain finance and working capital solutions for MSME clients.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills to assess market potential, segment customers, evaluate credit or risk parameters at a high level, and derive insights from data and reports.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage decision-makers, articulate value propositions, and close commercial agreements.
- Candidates should possess strong planning, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
- Candidates should possess collaborative working skills to coordinate with product, risk, operations, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
