We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and activating Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our distribution network. This role will play a key part in driving regional growth and strengthening Jainam’s market presence. You will collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of APs while achieving acquisition targe ts.

Qualifica tions

4+ years of experience in sales/business development within BFSI/Capital Markets

Required Skills

Strong understanding of broking distribution model and AP structureProven track record in channel ac quisitionTarget-driven with strong negotiation and networki ng skillsAbility to work independently and drive regional expansion

Preferr ed Skills

Experience in stock broking or financial servic es industryStrong local marke t knowledgeGood stakeholder manage ment skillsAbility to build long-term business re lationships
