Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations, pitch products/services, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts,



and performance metrics for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand the client base.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
