Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad.

The Business Development

Manager will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves market research, developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, presenting proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service.



The candidate will work closely with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals and explore opportunities for expansion and partnerships.

Qualifications Proficiency in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Strategic Sales Planning

Strong ability to build and maintain Client Relationships, accompanied by excellent Communication and Negotiation skills

Experience in Market Research, Prospecting, and Identifying Business Opportunities

Capacity to prepare and present Proposals, coupled with Contract Negotiation expertise

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Team collaboration experience to align business strategies with operational goals

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in the events, marketing, or related industries is advantageous
