Stryde Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US IT Staffing/Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in client acquisition, account management, and driving business growth within the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market.
- Acquire direct clients and build long-term relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account closure.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service agreements.




- Meet revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Strong network of direct clients and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Experience with MSP/VMS and direct client acquisition is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
