Business Development Manager (BDM) – Deposit Mobilisation
Job Summary:
The BDM – Deposit Mobilisation is responsible for acquiring current customers and mobilizing deposits (,Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits) to support the organization’s liability growth. The role involves field sales, relationship building, and achieving deposit targets through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deposit Acquisition:
- Generate new leads and acquire customers for Fixed Deposits (FD), and Recurring Deposits (RD)
- Promote deposit products to individuals, SMEs, corporates, and institutions
- Business Development:
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly deposit mobilisation targets
- Track and report performance metrics regularly
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends
- Provide feedback to management for product improvement
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all KYC and regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounts opened
