Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare proposals and close business deals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
