Business Development Manager Corporate Partnerships

Location: Okhla Phase III, Current Delhi (Work from Office)

Travel: Pan-India

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across India.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Present company services and deliver impactful business presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive business closures.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, daily activity reports, and follow-ups.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and conferences.




- Travel across India for business meetings as required.

Key Requirements:

- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Partnerships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable with field sales and Pan-India travel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the sales cycle.

Preferred:

- Experience in CSR, Sustainability, Consulting, Social Development, or Professional Services will be an added advantage.
