Role & responsibilities

Design and execute effective strategies for the resale of vehicles.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and potential buyers.

Develop and implement marketing initiatives to maximize the resale value of repossessed vehicles.

Work closely with Sales and Collections teams to streamline resale operations, especially in remote locations.

Travel across multiple cities and states to assess, manage, and facilitate the resale of repossessed vehicles.

Prepare and share regular reports on resale performance, inventory status, and market insights.

Monitor and manage repossessed vehicle inventory to ensure timely and productive disposal.

Train and support sales teams on best practices for vehicle resale.

Conduct regular branch visits to strengthen relationships with branch teams and dealers,



ensuring successful closure of resale deals.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (Marketing/Finance/Operations) Freshers can apply

Strong interest in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, especially in resale and secondary market operations

Basic understanding of vehicle financing, repossession, and resale processes (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with dealers and buyers

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

Willingness to travel extensively across cities and states for business requirements

Analytical mindset with the ability to track inventory, analyze market trends, and generate reports
