Scale On Media is a growth-focused digital marketing and web development agency helping startups, brands, and businesses scale through Branding, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, and AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern / Business Development Intern who is eager to learn client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, and other channels.

Identify potential clients requiring digital marketing, branding, website development, SEO, and performance marketing services.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery meetings.

Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.

Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and project discussions.

Support founders and senior team members in business development activities.





Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable command of English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Confidence in handling client conversations.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales processes is a plus.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Pursuing or recently completed graduation in BBA, BCA, MBA, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
