Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business development Specialist (Internship) to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality business leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in market research, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and CRM management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Research target markets and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.




- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and achieve monthly targets.
