We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing business deals within the Recruitment/Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire recent clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
- Present recruitment solutions and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of Business Development experience in a Recruitment/Staffing firm.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
- Experience in handling end-to-end business development activities is mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
