About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work towards achieving assigned business targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
- Experience or exposure in a Fintech company will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or Finance background preferred).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
