Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Thiruvananthapuram, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and qualify leads, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting ZenturioTech’s AI, web, and mobile solutions, and supporting the creation of proposals and presentations.

The Business Development

Executive will maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs,



and track performance metrics to meet sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.

Strong Business acumen with an understanding of technology services and the ability to align solutions with client requirements.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation capabilities.

Experience in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting renewals or upselling.

Proven ability to work towards targets, use CRM or sales tools, and analyze data to improve performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in business development or sales within IT, software, or digital services is an advantage.

Solid organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
