Business Development Executive – Brand Partnerships (Influencer Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has experience selling influencer marketing solutions to brands.

This is a pure client acquisition and revenue generation role. If your experience is primarily in campaign execution, influencer sourcing, creator management, or account management, this role is not the right fit.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and acquire current brands through outbound sales.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build relationships with marketing managers, brand managers, and founders.
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercials.
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal campaign teams after deal closure.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Must-Have Experience

- 1–3 years of Business Development experience.
- Current or previous experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency.
- Experience in Brand Acquisition, Lead Generation, Client Pitching, Revenue Targets, Deal Closure




- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
