Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding Rosbin Labs’ presence in key markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role involves managing sales pipelines, preparing business proposals, conducting presentations, and supporting contract negotiations in alignment with company objectives.





The Business Development

Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and maintain ongoing client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam.

Qualifications Ability to drive New Business Development and manage Business growth initiatives.

Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.

Effective Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.

Experience in Account Management, including relationship building and retention.

Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.

Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
