Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, engineers, and dealers to promote company products.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with the showroom and sales support team for quotations, order processing, and deliveries.

- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity report

Preferred candidate profile

- Male candidate.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).





- 2-5 years of experience in any of the following industries:

- Interior Designing

- Construction Materials

- Building Hardware

- Tiles & Sanitaryware

- Bathroom Accessories

- Engineering Products

- Building Materials Sales

- Experience in field sales and business development is preferred.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
