Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and institutional collaborations. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting academy offerings to prospective clients. The role involves managing accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, preparing proposals, and tracking sales activities in alignment with growth targets.



The executive will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and contribute insights to improve services and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects.
- Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, negotiate terms, and support contract execution.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to document and track activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or education services is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward targets, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages in Odisha is beneficial.
