Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and supporting contract negotiations in coordination with senior team members. Daily tasks include market research, preparing proposals and presentations,



attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

The Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.

Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support revenue growth.

Excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.

Experience or interest in electrical/electronic such as sales of ABG machine, Blood gas analyzer, Hybrid machine etc. Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
