We're hiring a Business Development Representative for our offline marketing agency. The role involves cold calling Brand Managers and decision-makers responsible for ATL/BTL campaigns, generating qualified leads, scheduling client meetings, and driving new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Robust understanding of ATL & BTL marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, lead generation, and preparing customized client proposals.
- Agency or offline marketing industry experience will be highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
