Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role for freshers only, based in Barrackpur-II, Kolkata, with no relocation option. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting lead generation activities, and engaging with potential customers to introduce Sicuaura’s safety solutions.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, assist in outreach campaigns, and maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting local clients and partners, supporting account management activities,



and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs. The role also requires consistent follow-up, basic reporting, and active participation in local promotional and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications Ability to support New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting and outreach.

Basic understanding of Business concepts and interest in technology or safety solutions.

Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Capacity to assist with Account Management tasks, such as maintaining records and ensuring follow-ups.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

Comfort working in office in Barrackpur-II, Kolkata, with familiarity or willingness to learn the local market dynamics.

Proactive, learner mindset with the ability to work under guidance and take initiative in field activities.

Basic proficiency in English and local languages; good interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
