Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients.

The executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations or proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, tracking sales pipelines, maintaining CRM records, and achieving revenue and growth targets.



The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders, timely follow-ups, and ongoing collaboration with marketing and operations to support business expansion.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive New Business Development and identify growth opportunities across target markets.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into opportunities.
- Sound understanding of Business and sales processes, with a focus on digital services and web solutions.
- Effective Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Experience in Account Management, including relationship building, retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
- Prior experience in IT services, digital marketing, or web development industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, meet performance targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
