Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.

- Understand client requirements and present customized digital solutions.

- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and conduct discovery calls.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

- Coordinate with the creative and project teams for smooth project onboarding.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.

- Maintain CRM and submit weekly sales reports.

- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, websites, SEO,



social media, and advertising.

- Confidence in pitching to founders, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

- Prior B2B sales or agency experience is an advantage.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹5000 – ₹8000 per month + Incentives

- Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000+ per month + Incentives (based on experience)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
