Role Summary

Support KEN Foundation in building partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, government agencies, foundations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on resource mobilization, fundraising, proposal development, and strengthening strategic partnerships to create lasting social impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop CSR, donor, and institutional partnership opportunities.
- Research grants, CSR initiatives, and funding opportunities.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, presentations, budgets, and partnership documents.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and partners.
- Coordinate proposal submissions, MoUs, and partnership follow-ups.
- Support fundraising, donor reporting, and impact documentation.
- Maintain partnership records and business development reports.
- Represent KEN Foundation at meetings, CSR events, and networking forums.
- Travel for partner meetings and project visits as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proposal and report writing ability.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,



and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and field visits.

Preferred

- Passion for the social sector and willingness to learn.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
- Fluency in English and Telugu.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience) plus performance-based incentives.
