Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Contact prospective candidates through calls and WhatsApp.Explain the institute's training programs and courses.





Understand candidates' requirements and guide them to the right course.Follow up with interested candidates.

Convert inquiries into enrollments.

Update candidate details in the CRM system.Coordinate with the admissions team for smoot enrollment.Achieve daily and monthly admission targets. Qualifications

- Fresher or 6 Months experience in Edtech sales
- Strong Business acumen and Account Management skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal capabilities, to engage with diverse department
- Experience in education counseling, academic counseling,inside sales sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
