Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated, professional, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B and B2C sales for our IT and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into business. The candidate should be a quick learner who can understand guidance, grasp new concepts, follow instructions accurately, and work professionally as part of a team .

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, and other channels. Identify new business opportunities in the IT and technology sector . Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up with prospects. Maintain consistent follow-ups and work towards closing deals. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets .

Maintain accurate customer and sales information.



Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and onboarding. Understand and implement sales strategies and guidance provided by management.

Required Skills & QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills . Good English speaking and writing skills . Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills. Quick learner with good grasping ability.

Ability to understand guidance and follow instructions accurately . Ability to understand new products, concepts, and processes quickly. Qualified attitude and ability to work effectively within a team .

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to take feedback positively and improve performance. Basic understanding of IT, software, SaaS, digital services, or technology solutions will be an advantage.
