We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is more than just a salesperson. We are seeking a growth-oriented professional who understands branding, marketing, and business strategy, and can confidently represent our agency while building long-term client relationships.

This role requires someone who can identify business opportunities, understand client challenges, recommend strategic branding and marketing solutions, and close high-value service deals. We are looking for someone who treats this role as a partnership and is passionate about contributing to the agency's growth.

What We're Looking For

Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and business growth.

Experience in high-ticket B2B service sales is preferred.

Someone who has built, managed, or closely worked with a brand is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.





Solid negotiation and closing abilities.

Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.

Ability to understand client requirements and recommend strategic business solutions.

Strong upselling mindset with the ability to identify additional business opportunities.

Knowledge of how brands grow from startup stage to large-scale businesses and the ability to guide clients throughout that journey.

Understanding of the digital ecosystem, including branding, websites, social media, digital marketing, and AI-driven solutions.

A partnership mindset with a desire to grow alongside the agency through performance and incentive-based opportunities.

Who We're Not Looking For

· Field sales professionals. · Candidates with little or no understanding of the digital, branding, or marketing ecosystem. · Professionals without experience generating ₹5L+ monthly sales. · Candidates from FMCG, fashion, retail, or product sales backgrounds. · Individuals who don't understand the creative industry, client emotions, or business requirements.
