About the Role

Softtouch Paints is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the paint industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving on-field sales, building strategic network partnerships, acquiring new clients, and achieving regional target goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales &
- Market Expansion:

Visit hardware and paint retail shops, interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders to promote and sell Softtouch Paints products.

- Dealer &

- Distributor Network:

Identify, onboard, and appoint new dealers and distributors within your assigned territory to expand market reach.

- Lead Generation &

- Conversion:

Build a database of prospective clients, generate sales leads, secure orders, and ensure timely payment collections.

- Promotional Events &

- Engagements:

Plan, organize, and execute local marketing initiatives, including painter meets, contractor meets, and dealer events to boost brand visibility and sales volume.

- Target Achievement &

- Travel:

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.



Travel across assigned locations, cities, and neighboring regions as required by business needs.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain solid long-term relationships with existing trade partners, handle client follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Proven experience in field sales or business development (experience in Paints, Building Materials, FMCG, or Construction chemicals is preferred).

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories (Parbhani, Hingoli, Amravati, Yavatmal, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding regions).

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting target metrics.

- Own two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
