We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people, finding business opportunities, and closing deals. If you're ambitious, confident, and want to earn more based on your performance, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients who need website development, mobile apps, software, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Schedule meetings with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in business development, IT sales, or B2B sales.




- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email outreach, or cold calling is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of websites, software, mobile apps, or digital marketing is a plus.
