Candidate Profile Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with school/college management and tuition-centre owners. Good English and Telugu communication skills preferred. Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for meetings and visits.

Self-motivated and comfortable with field/business development work. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and online communication tools. Prior experience in education, sales, business development, admissions, EdTech, coaching, or field marketing is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Key Responsibilities Identify and build a database of schools, junior colleges, tuition centres, coaching institutes, and educational organisations. Connect with principals, management, academic coordinators, tuition-centre owners, and other decision-makers.



Develop institutional partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities.

Present and explain various education programs and partnership proposals. Generate leads and arrange meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops, and student counselling sessions. Follow up with institutions and prospective students/parents as required.

Explore opportunities for student admissions and referrals through tuition centres and other education partners. Coordinate with the internal team to conduct demos, workshops, counselling sessions, and other activities. Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/partner information.

Achieve monthly targets related to meetings, leads, partnerships, admissions, and revenue.
