Job Summary We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our corporate gifting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of customized corporate gifting solutions. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new gifting products.

Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, or corporate gifting sales.
- Experience in selling promotional products, employee gifting, festive gifts, or customized merchandise is an added advantage.
