Role Overview We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Admission Counselor who is passionate about guiding students and working professionals toward the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities ✅Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding IT And Non-IT training programs. ✅ Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding career opportunities and training programs. ✅ Understand candidates' educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs. ✅ Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling sessions. ✅ Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, fee structures, and career prospects. ✅ Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, seminars, webinars, and referrals.



✅ Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets. ✅ Support students through admissions, documentation, registration, and fee collection. ✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
