Requirements

- 60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails and web chats.

- Confident in communicating with international clients.

- Candidate should have 0-6 months of experience in customer service or the sales industry.

- Graduated from any stream (BCom, BBA, BMS- Marketing).

- Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.

- Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical [written and verbal].

- Negotiation skills, planning, and Time management skills are a must.

- Proficiency in MS Office to prepare and maintain basic reports.

- Keen eye for details and positive memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.
