Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify prospective candidates, explain our programs, follow up with leads and successfully close admissions.

This role is suitable for an energetic early-career professional who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and achieving targets. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source prospective candidates through calls, referrals, social media, local networks and other lead-generation activities.
- Contact and engage with students, graduates, job seekers and parents.
- Clearly explain Bluzee Academy of Experience, its programs, benefits, fees and career outcomes.
- Understand each candidate’s requirements and recommend the most suitable program.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Invite candidates and parents for counselling sessions at the Bluzee office.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Build relationships with colleges,



training communities, placement groups and local referral partners.
- Support promotional campaigns, seminars and admission-related events when required.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or undergraduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably an early-career candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication, confidence and sales ability may also apply.
- Comfortable communicating in Malayalam and English.
- Good convincing, counselling, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, positive and professional in approach.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with admission and revenue targets.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, spreadsheets and customer follow-up tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, education counselling, tele-calling, sales or business development will be an advantage.
